The host was exceptionally kind, really amazing person and he treated us with so much care! He even picked us up at Shin-Okubo station when we arrived and he also brought us back when we were leaving so we didn’t need to carry heavy luggage. Always so helpful, he gave us good local tips and every time he met us we would receive little gifts like coffee, juice or magnet:) location was just amazing, quiet but close to everything, so many places were walking distance and connection everywhere was great. Highly recommend!

비록 새 건물은 아니지만 싱크대, 가스렌지, 침대 구석 등 수준 높은 청소를 통해 청결도를 유지하고 있다.
쉽게 보이지 않는 부분까지의 청결 상태를 통해, 전체적으로 청결하다고 판단할 수 있다.
또한 호스트 부부는 70대의 적지 않은 나이임에도 불구하고 50대 중반의 건강을 유지하며 열성적으로 방문자들에게 친절을 베풀고 있다.
무거운 캐리어를 갖고 있는 상황에서, 역에서의 마중과 배웅은 큰 도움이 되었으며, 방문자의 언어로 메신저 소통을 하며 모든 부탁 사항에 대해 즉각적으로 해결해 주었다.
청결과 친절 등 눈에 보이는 면도 우수하지만 고객의 만족도를 높이려고 애쓰는 호스트 부부의 마음과 일상적으로 친절과 청결을 유지하려고 노력하는 의지가 더욱 높이 평가되는 부분으로, 이점에 대해 깊이 감사하며 다시 만나게 되기를 기대한다.

Esperienza perfetta. Il proprietario di casa e’ stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto accogliente. La casa aveva tutto quello che serviva ed era anche molto spaziosa rispetto agli standard. Davvero tutto perfetto, consiglierei a chiunque di star qui per soggiornare in zona Tokyo.

It’s in a great neighborhood. Place is comfortable and clean. Super nice host who offered pick up and drop off. Possibly the best value you could find in Shinjuku. Would definitely stay again if I visit Tokyo next time.
