Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement et celui-ci était vraiment bien ! Il y a le wifi bien que ça ne soit pas sur l'annonce. L'espace est plutôt petit mais ça reste agréable et c'était propre. L'environnement est plutôt calme. Il y a une bonne climatisation. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. La ligne yamanote est à quelques minutes à pied, il y a aussi des convenience store accessibles rapidement. Le logement est au rez-de-chaussée, pratique pour les valises.
L'espace est un peu petit même pour deux, c'était compliqué pour ouvrir ma valise en entier. J'ai dû bouger un peu le mobilier pour ranger ma valise. Je ne vois pas beaucoup de points négatifs en toute honnêteté. Le quartier shin okubo est le quartier coréen, donc il y a très peu de restaurants japonais aux alentours. Mais Shinjuku est à 20 minutes à pied.

La zona era ideal, en el barrio coreano de Shinjuku, a 300 metros de Shin-Ōkubo, hay un Don Quijote 24h muy cerca por si necesitas algo a cualquier hora, además de los konbini por supuesto. El apartamento es lindo y cómodo.
Quizá un sofá a altura normal lo haría 10 puntos.
