L'apartament està molt ben situat i rodejat de locals comercials i botigues. És just per a dues persones, potser té la mida correcta si viatges sol. En global, un allotjament molt funcional amb un llit molt còmode.
Les instal·lacions potser han quedat un pèl velles, tot i que funcionen bé,i la mida de tot l'apartament és més aviat petita i justa si viatges amb un/a acompanyant.

Great location surrounded by good eats (if you like Korean food and culture, you're in for a treat) in Shin-Okubo. The bed was a comfortable double and the place itself was easy to find and close to 2 train stations (Shin Okubo and Shinjuku) so it was easy to get around.
The mold. The room was exactly like the photos, but the photos didn't show the peeling paint, the sagging and broken chipboard cupboards, the obvious traces of many years of smoking and the nasty mold in the bathroom. When we got in it smelled hella funky. The rest was serviceable, but the bathroom... didn't really meet our expectations (as seasoned budget travellers in Japan). Maybe better to spend the same amount of money elsewhere.
