We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It is a charming, cozy European-style apartment with a really pleasant atmosphere, and the location could hardly be better. Everything you might need is within easy reach, while public transportation makes it very convenient to get to any part of the city. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available, including a private bathroom and toilet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and air conditioning. It really felt like a home away from home. The owner was exceptionally kind, friendly, and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was easy, and we always felt that they were willing to help whenever needed. Considering the location, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, and the overall experience, the value for money is simply unbeatable. I would happily stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Skvělá lokalita, blízko metra a mega city Ueno. Kousek od ubytování Yanaka Ginza, kočičí motivy, tradiční japonské loutky a divadlo přes ulici, tradiční lázně - sento, vedle, kavárna pod ložnicí.

Bylo by skvělé zařídit zatemňovací závěsy na okna, které jsou v úrovni semaforů.

This is a truly special place with a small-town, neighborhood feel—a quiet contrast to the bustle of Tokyo. It’s within walking distance of Ueno and well-connected by buses and the subway. Just 50 meters away, you’ll find a traditional sento (public bath), and a coin laundry is conveniently located right across the street.

While the apartment has its charm, a few things could be improved. A street lamp shines directly into the bedroom, and reducing the clutter would go a long way—for instance, the ice scraping machine in the kitchen felt unnecessary.

The flat is on the eccentric side in a nice way. It’s a fantastic location . There was nowhere comfortable to sit.

We wished for better info upfront. WiFi was disconnected and we had to get details for connection. Although the host was very helpful a bit better preparation for guest would be helpful
