I loved the location. Everything was within walking distance (Train station, restaurants, transportation, etc.) The facilities were very clean and nicely appointed. Even with the language barrier, the staff was helpful and responsive. I am reluctant to say more because I know that will mean next time I want to book this location it will probably be sold out! But, I must tell the truth, I LOVED IT and you would too. (I guess I will just have to book in advance to return here.)
I am sorry but I honestly can't think of what I didn't like. It was cold when we got there but the heater/air conditioner worked fine and in no time it was very comfortable. You must be able to climb the stairs as this in on the second floor and there is no elevator (lift). I need to learn Japanese, I don't like that I cannot communicate with some of the people in town.
