Compared to a hotel, the apartment was more spacious. It felt nice to have a lot of space to move around the room. There was a washing machine. We used it to wash clothes so we could re-use them after wearing them all day.
Not completely a problem but we could hear the train pass by until 1am. Which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep. However, it wasn't a big problem because it would eventually stop after operating hours.

The room was nice, and at a quiet place. While the train tracks were close, it wasn't noticable. The train stop is super close, and with an only 20 minute ride you can get to Shinjuku.

Lovely location, good basic facilities, generally comfortable.
The beds were very creaky and the motion sensor hall light blinded the whole room whenever anyone got up. Might cause bad night's sleep for groups.
