Quiet location, close to public transport, comfortable beds, washing machine was useful for our long stay. We booked this flat because it was very close to our son and his family, and for no other reason. For communications, the owner/contact was very quick and clear. We enjoyed our stay in Japan and this flat was a useful base for us.

Supply of cutlery was poor: we had to buy knives and teaspoons and large mugs for tea, and proper-size breakfast bowls. There were no kitchen towels to dry dishes. There were no instructions for rubbish separation and collection day: I got guidelines from my son living close by. When staying for 20 days, we need clear information about rubbish disposal! The internet stopped working, and it took several days to get it working again. Many e-mails and tests but nobody came to the flat. The boxes and cupboards were full: no empty cupboard or drawer space to unpack our suitcases The flat is very small by our standards, but by Tokyo/Japanese standards this is probably normal.. Considering the long rental period, we would have hoped for a lower price, for this reason, value for money has been rated very low.
