Loved the 6 minute walk to the station, the 4 minute walk to 7/11 and the izakayas (Highly recommend the food and drinks at CALL)that were on the same street as the property. Loved having separate bedrooms and each having their own AC. The property manager was very communicative and kind. The bath was clean and had a wonderful fill feature and water reheat feature.

The primary train line to this location originates in Shinjuku station. Which can be confusing and difficult to navigate if it is your first time in the country. I highly recommend taking a taxi directly to the property when you arrive. The place was a little dusty, and the stairs were steep.

Es war für uns die perfekte Lage zwischen Shinjuku und Shibuya. Anbindungen an drei Zug Stationen und einer Buslinie direkt nach Shibuya. Das Viertel Izumi ist sehr lebendig und bietet tolle Restaurants. Das Haus an sich war sehr geräumig und schön. Wir hatten auch einen sehr lieben Nachbar der uns geholfen hat wenn wir fragen hatten. Wir hatten keine insekten im Haus (Dezember)

Es ist natürlich sehr hellhörig, man kann in einem Zimmer ein Piepen der Kabel hören. Im Erdgeschoss sollte man nicht mehr als drei elektronische Geräte gleichzeitig benutzen sonst fliegt die Sicherung raus.

Close to subway train, close to 7-11

The whole house is cold. I asked if they have a heater, they do not have but they have a heated blanket so it's still comfortable to sleep and snuggle in your blanket. They have the aircon for summer.

The host was very responsive. The house is around a 7-8 minute walk to Daitabashi Station which was very convenient. The bedrooms were decently spacious. The washing machine was useful too especially during summers.

The house was a bit dusty when we arrived, the futon too. The living room/dining room area was a bit too small for a family so there was no place to hangout aside from the rooms.
