The property was clean, cosy. The communication was excellent.
Location was in a quiet residential ares away from the noise so made it great to sleep.
The directions given to get to the property were slightly confusing through the photos but we had a look around and figured it all out quite easily.
The stairs leading up to the top apartments were extremely steep and potentially dangerous with the bottom 2 steps being really narrow. Definitely be careful if you have a room at the top of the block.

As very often happens in Tokyo, even in 4 stars hotels, the room is very small, but in my case perfect for one person. Inside there was everything described on Booking and even more. Talking about fitting all this stuff in a tiny space, Japanese are unbeatable.
Three minutes walk and you get on the bus to Shinjuku station.
Very difficult to find the first time. Be sure to have your navigator working on the phone, otherwise you won't get there. The taxi driver couldn't get to the place because of the very narrow streets. Thankfully he was a nice guy, as usually Japanese with tourists are, he get off the car and helped me to find the room.

Pulita, ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Offrono spazzolini, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, saponi vari e ciabatte. Climatizzatore potente.
A circa 15 minuti dalla stazione della metro Keio Line. Dista minimo 30 minuti dalla maggior parte dei punti di interesse turistico.

部屋はそれなりに広く綺麗で、ベッド回りも清潔に保たれていました。タオル、綿棒、コロコロ、ハブラシ、ドライヤー、延長コード、ケトル、洗濯機は有効に使えました。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、炊飯器、電気コンロ、お鍋やフライパン、包丁など、もありましたが、今回は使用しませんでした。食器類も一通りあったので便利だと思います。コップのみ使用しました。Wifiのパスワードが分からず夜の11頃bookingドットコムより宿泊施設にメッセージを送ったところ、すぐに返事が返ってきて無事ネットも使えました。後で、入り口にWifiのことが張ってあるのに気が付きました。
非常に入り組んだ、人がすれ違うのも大変な細い道を歩いて、グーグルナビで調べた場所にたどり着いたら違っていたので、施設からのメッセージを確認したところ画像があり何とかたどり着けました。二日目もナビを使わないと道に迷うほど入り組んでいます。
新宿からバスで「本町一丁目」を降りて7分ぐらいの場所です。場所は少し不便でコンビニも１０分ぐらい歩いたところにしかありません。ユニットバスは年期が入っています。お湯はちゃんとでました。ドアを閉めずシャワーを浴びていたら火災報知器がなってしまいましたが、ボタンを押したら消えました。
