Nice place, very spacious (lots of room for 3 people easily (with luggage). The place comes with everything you need for a cozy and nice stay. I really felt at home staying there.
There’s also a washing machine which is very convenient and if you have a baby they also provide a cradle.
5-7 min walking from subways station with, Lawson 7-11 and my basket nearby.
Bathroom is quite small (Japan standards) but as we are Japanese it wasn’t a big deal.
It’s a bit tricky to open the mailbox to get the keys. It felt like a scape game, but nothing that a YouTube video didn’t solved. =)

スタッフさんのレスポンスも早く安心。
バスルームが狭い。
コンロが最初使えず翌日なぜか使えた笑笑

The location is quite close to the JR station, Nakano is a quiet and tranquil place and wasn't hard to reach from the touristic spots. The landlord was super responsive and understanding.
The bathroom was a bit of a struggle due to the small size, but we managed.

The room looked small to us in the pictures, but when we got inside, we realized we had made a good choice. It was definitely ideal for a group of three.
The only problem is the small toilet. If you're tall like me, you might have a bit of a hard time. It's the structure of the house, there's nothing to do LUL
