Fact Dream House 新宿三丁目徒歩3分色々揃うワンルーム

No communication in my stay even in emergency. When I arrived at the property around 9pm, I could not access the room because The link in email for access information didn’t work. I called the contact number posted on the door, it was invalid. Then I called the property number from booking.com, no one answered, and no response to my left messages neither. I thought I might end up sleep on the street. Fortunately I found the error in the link and got the access code. When I left, I sent a couple of emails but all failed to deliver. The whole time stay no communication at all.

The property is ok

炊飯器や鍋があり、簡単な調理ができた。駅から近かった。近くに美味しい塩パン屋さんがあった。

階段しかなく荷物を運ぶのが少し大変だった。

1.住宿地點佳，走路10分鐘左右就可以到新宿車站，樓下也有小型超市（my basket)以及7-11。 2.房內有小型廚房，備有基本廚具（鍋子、鍋鏟、湯勺、削皮刀、剪刀、刀具、小塑膠砧板）、小型電器（煮飯鍋、快煮壺、小烤箱）、餐具（盤子、碗、杯子、湯匙、叉子），但沒有附調味料、油，需另外自行購買，雖有小型抽風設備，但仍不建議在房內煮過重口味的食物。 3.住宿地點算熱鬧但不會吵雜，附近都是住宅。 4.一進門沒有異味。 5.有WiFi.

1.乍看之下乾淨但如果注意到細節還是有點欠佳><（比如：淋浴間內的蓮蓬頭/床鋪/地板/床上的藍色抱枕有他人殘留的頭髮/污漬、廚房抽風設備灰塵太多。 2.窗簾不知道是怎樣左右兩邊的縫隙超大，因住低樓層（2F)，只要有心人願意是可以從窗外看到裡面的。 3.手冊上有表示冷氣太低溫會滴水，但我開25度也還是會。 4.住宿的入口以及裡面的樓梯都很陡峭（而且很窄），如果帶很重的行李上下樓務必小心。

- Room wasn’t too clean, blanket had stains on it when I arrived - cockroaches - no staff around, nobody replaces or takes out trash - no ability to leave the bags near or at the property before check in - too early check out and too late check in
