The location
The mattresses and pillows
Good communication with the person in charge
No towels when we arrived
Big holes in the wall next to the bed which made it very uncomfortable to sleep as it was very cold in the bedroom because of them
Not enough space for 3 people

The bunk bed didn't feel safe and the ladder wad wonky
There is a washing machine on the picture but be aware that there is none in the flat. We've had to play hide and sick to find it. It was full of household product and didn't looked like you could actually use it. Nevertheless, you don't receive any explanation on how it actually works so you can't use it
The boiler didn't have any base to plug in so you can't use it either
