ロケーションがいい。三軒茶屋の駅まで徒歩5分くらいで着きます。
施設は新しくてキレイだけど、もう少し丁寧に掃除が必要。アメニティが宿泊日数に対して少ない(洗濯洗剤、ゴミ袋)。

立地 洗濯機と浴室乾燥　 キッチン電化製品 一階の部屋に宿泊しました。５月中旬の宿泊で、暑い日もあったが、地下にある寝室は涼しくエアコンは必要なかった。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　また窓がないのでよく眠れた。
ソファーベッドがきたない。 ソファーベットはベッドとしてシーツをしいて使っていたので、私達には問題はなかったが。 インターホンのカメラ記録が削除されていない。 以前の宿泊者の顔が分かってしまう。 TVはあったが、Youtubeやそのほか、ログインができず観られなかった。
