Good location close to two train stations. I loved having a washing machine.
It really is for two people. I was solo and it was great.

Good price and great location. Yoyogi neighborhood is very cute and the walk to Shibuya is filled with cute cafes and restaurants!
Bathroom facilities very clean. Washing machine was easy to use and came in handy!
Aircon worked well and was cool.
Bed mattress was old and not supportive (you can feel the springs) and should be replaced.
Futon mattress had mold.
