Excellent location with really easy access to many parts of Tokyo, while still offering a quiet place to stay. We were able to sleep with the windows open and it wasn't noisy at all. The bed was comfortable for 2 people. The wardrobe space was appreciated.
Something we thought could improve was the shower. As the sink for brushing teeth is in the wet shower room and no slippers were provided, it made things a little awkward. I would recommend bringing your own slippers for this reason.
The lighting in the bedroom was also supposed to be dimmable, etc. but that function wasn't working during our stay, and there was no bedside lamp.

Localisation proche métro et quartier tranquille, petit appartement Tokyoïte typique, machine à laver, décorations, ustensiles de cuisine neuf, proximité resto et temples, Check in out facile, bonne indication pour localiser l’appartement
Il faisait assez froid dans l’appartement mais ça semble normal au Japon, un peu poussiéreux par endroit (derrière le lit par exemple), couette trop petite pour deux personnes, c’est dommage. Plutôt petit par rapport aux photos prise en grand angle sans doute.

It’s quiet resident area, you can not find many hotels around this popular area so it’s good choice if you want to live like local.
三茶の駅から徒歩10分ほどです。人気のエリアにもかかわらず、この辺りにホテルはほとんど存在しません。ローカルのように過ごしたいのであればこのような住宅街にある物件が最適だと思います。洗濯機がついてるのでいつでも自分のタイミングで洗濯できたのがよかった。
Moldy, fridge is not clean, found mice in bed.

ホテルのようなきれいさを求めるのであればここはやめた方がいいです。窓のさっしのところにほこりとカビが溜まっていて自分で掃除しました。冷蔵庫の中も水が溜まってたので掃除しました。食器はちゃんと洗えてなかったので気持ち悪くて使わなかった。冷蔵庫も洗濯機も炊飯器まであるのになぜかケトルだけない。ベッドカバーもかゆかったので洗濯しました。案の定ふとんにダニがいたので上布団は使いませんでした。夏なのに冬用のような分厚い上布団しかなく使い物にならなかったです。それでもホテルと同じくらいの値段がします。
