I really appreciated the staff's prompt and helpful responses. The location was excellent, and the facilities were great.
The used sheets and towels were left outside for quite a long time before the cleaners came to collect them, which I didn't particularly like. I also noticed quite a lot of dust under the bed and on top of the wardrobe, so there is some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Breakfast? I purchased a cup of coffee from the nearby Family Mart. Breakfast was provided by my company at their facility.
The lock for the front door was confusing. When I opened the box, no numbers illuminated. It took me some time, approx. 10 minutes, to understand that I needed to touch the face inside the box to illuminate the numbers so I could enter the code.

The key situation makes no sense. They have a key code that you have to punch in, to get a phisical key attached to string to entrance lobby, and another for the room. One day before we left the key just vanished! Was horrible to get in after.
The style of communication of the management is very verbose, THEY MESSAGE A LOT and demand to upload photo of the passport the day before, also take a photo for check-in. Wifi was barely working.
