Very clean and comfortable and comes with everything you might need like toothbrushes/paste, slippers, soaps, kettle, microwave and stove, shower, cleaning supplies, laundry soap and washing machine .Hosts are kind and helpful and it's in a fantastic area close to a good train station. Neighbours are quiet and there are plenty of convenience stores, cafes, shops etc..
There was some work going on in the room next door that was pretty loud at times but really not that bad especially since we were out most days.

Selina was a very attentive host, very warm and welcoming. We appreciated the thoughtful gift upon our departure. This is situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, which is a nice break from how busy Tokyo in the city can be. Each day we got to come back to peace and quiet. It’s nice and close to Kichijoji, which was my favourite neighborhood of our stay in Tokyo.
A bit of a walk to the train station, but we enjoyed it as a means to see more of the non-tourist side of Tokyo.
