駅からも遠過ぎず、線路が近いが外の音はあまり気になることはなかった！
清掃が行き届いていない部分があった。洗濯機の裏側の埃や髪の毛が沢山あったり、タオルは何度も洗って使用しているからか色が変わっていた。ある程度で使用したら交換した方がいい。また、玄関前、廊下、階段に蜘蛛の巣が多く、苦手な人はかなり不快かもしれない…。
