閑静な住宅街。
清潔。
キッチンがついている。
写真を見てわかってはいたが、やはり狭い。
大人二人ではかなりギリギリの広さ。
狭いながらも食事用のテーブルと椅子二脚は欲しいかなと。
風呂も狭かった。

Easy to locate and access to, near the station. Very quiet.
The key's battery died (as it is a remote) very early in the morning. I had to run and leave the door unlocked to buy a new one to be able to lock.

中浦和駅から近くて便利。浦和駅に出るにもバスが通っているので便利。アメニティーが充実していた。とても清潔で過ごしやすい環境だった。
洋服などを吊るす、或いは収納する場所があれば良かった。短期の滞在ではあまり不便さを感じなかったが、長期になると収納場所がないと少し不便。

駅近でカットインして徒歩2〜3分でした！Wi-Fiも高速Wi-Fiが備わっていてありがたいです。
木造なので早朝などは２階の音や水周りの音が聞こえる点が少し気になるのと、室内のライトが全て電球色なのでそこが注意点かと思います。
