駅からも比較的近く、周辺も静かで、部屋も清潔に保たれていて、全体としては快適に過ごすことができました。キッチンや洗濯機、浴室乾燥機もあり、長めの滞在にも便利だと思います。 一方で、滞在中の備品の補充については少し気になる点がありました。特に洗濯洗剤について、必要になった際の案内や対応がやや一律・事務的に感じられました。 その後、こちらの意見に対して丁寧にお詫びと説明をいただき、改善しようとする姿勢は感じました。 設備や立地には満足していますので、今後、備品の案内方法やゲスト一人ひとりの状況に応じた対応がより良くなれば、さらに気持ちよく利用できる宿になると思います。
建物の入り口に落ち葉などが溜まっており、少し清掃すればより印象が良いのかなと感じました。
