今回、２週間ちょっとお世話になりましたが部屋には必要な物が全部揃っており、補充が必要ないほど予備があり助かりました。本当に駅から近く所沢などに出るのに便利でした。毎朝ウォーキングをしましたが航空公園まで緑の多い道を楽しみました。管理人の方が本当に親切でありがたかったです。機会があればまた利用したいです。

新所沢駅から数分の場所にあり、コンビニや飲食店も結構あって便利。
室内の手入れが行き届いていて、清潔感があった。
ドラム式洗濯機や掃除機など、普通に生活できるくらい設備が整っていた。
暗証番号をもらうまでの、やり取り（本人確認書類のメール送信など）がとても不安だった。
エアコンの電池が切れかけていた。
照明のスイッチの操作が分かりにくかった。
別途、清掃代がかかるので、１人で２泊だと少し割高感がある。

駅近くで利便性が高く、コインパーキングもあり車でしたがスムーズに利用できました。また0歳、3歳児も一緒だったので洗濯乾燥機や冷蔵庫、電子レンジが大変役立ちました。
・ゴキブリ除けの殺虫剤があちこちに仕掛けられており、赤ちゃんが口に入れないか心配でした(両面テープで固定されてました)。ゴキブリなど害虫はいませんでした。
・掃除機の入らない隙間や、椅子の下などにホコリ髪の毛が溜まっているのが、気になりました(全体的には綺麗でしたが、床が白いことも関係していたかと思います)。
・管理者様が日本語母国語ではないと思われ、返信が不思議な日本語だったり、突然英語になったりしました。海外瀬活が長いのと旅慣れていたこともありあまり気にしませんでしたが、民泊など初めての方は戸惑われるかもしれません。返信が早く対応などは問題なかったです！
