Estaba todo muy limpio, era muy espacioso y estaba estupendo

Lovely quiet area but plenty to do with a train station so close by! Very clean and exceptional facilities, especially for longer stays. Super helpful staff too.

We are neither travelers nor researchers, so we had no idea what we were doing when we rented this place, we just needed somewhere to hold our junk for the second of our two week trip while we explored more of Japan, but It was so much more space than I was expecting andthe clothes machine was a major plus! We were blown away by how nice it was and are definitely going back again! Area was pretty quiet, mattresses were softer than the rest we stayed at and having all those amenities together made it the best stay of our 6 places in Japan.

We were so happy with everything aside from the slightly confusing instruction manual which had a 20,000¥ threat of making anything dirty (which we made sure not to leave as such, but it sounded like they would have insane standards) and the two cockroaches my buddy saw. The first was a little stressful, but the latter made the stay lose a star out of 5 as that was very concerning for how pretty it looked, but after that, we noticed black spots on the ceiling and concerning colours under the tatami mats, but neither to an extreme that made it as concerning as the bugs. In the end though, none of this mattered, we cared for the room and it suited us SO well

Chat response to any kindnof questions was quick enough.

Some parts were not cleaned properly so we had to do it by ourselves. No washing powders was prepared. Not enough toilet papers. Cooking hobs were not functioning. Curtains didn’t cover the whole window.
