Cheap but you get a private room at the dorm. There is also a laundromat.

I stayed here 20 years ago, it was like a homecoming. Same amazing facilities and service with a wonderful neighborhood. The most comfortable stay when I'm not looking for the "hotel" experience and just want to be comfortable, and it's absolutely unbeatable for the price.
Being older I'm not as used to the hard nature of futons. The beds and the couch were a little difficult to get comfortable on, but nothing outrageous.
