The bathroom has a weird smell and it takes around 10 to 12 minutes (according to my phasing) walk from the nearest station.
The self check-in software they use is kinda complicated.

Three comfortable beds and a couch you can sleep on. You get all the bedding you need. Small useable kitchen and fridge, clean toilet.
The bathroom, specifically the shower, has very smelly mold. You need to air out before showering and be careful not to leave the door open. Otherwise the smell spreads to the room.
