1Fは貸切で、各部屋にエアコンが付いているので快適に過ごせました。住宅街なので、とても静かです。 大型犬の同伴OKの施設がなかなか無いので、とても助かりました。近くに公園があって犬の散歩にも便利です。 新小岩の駅まで歩いて15〜20分位かかりますが、途中から商店街があるので、あまり遠く感じませんでした。
前の宿泊者の残置物があって、どうしたら良いか戸惑いました。 部屋の電気が少し暗かったです。 キッチンの水道が古くて使いにくかったです。
