Clear instructions and a responsive host. All amenities are provided, so we could cook and do our laundry. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, so you need to be considerate as a tourist. What I loved most was the comfortable bed!
It can be a bit tiring when you come home late, since the location is a 7-minute walk from the nearest station. But it’s a beautiful walk, as you cross the Sumida River and get a view of the Skytree.

It has everything you can need. A microwave, a fridge, a cooking station, a sink, a laundry machine, a smart tv, aircon, proper toilet and bathroom. It is also within walking distance to several Tokyo Metro Subway stations, Sensoji Temple, and Tokyo Skytree. The host (Hiromi-San) is also incredibly nice and helpful and won’t hesitate to lend you some help like running your laundry to laundromat for drying and store your luggage even before check-in time or after check-out time.
The room could be a tad bit small and lack any proper chair.
