The location is excellent and close to the station with plenty of shops and food nearby. Spacious room, although the toilet may be cramped for some. Showers only. Towels provided with a laundry machine available.
Just be aware there is occasional noise from the downstairs establishments and from the outside during the night, especially on Friday and weekend nights. I'm a heavy sleeper so it was fine for me.

The accommodation is comfortable, most of the furnishings are new, and it is next to a shopping market. It was very clean and there is a small kitchen that can be used to prepare food. There is also a washing machine but we didn’t use it. We appreciated that the owner was very attentive to leave towels for our child. Very good value for money!
It is next to 2 bars and for those light sleepers, you will be hearing noises up until 11-12 pm from the people enjoying themselves in those establishments.

The apartment was fully prepared with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent—right next to the market and just a short walk from Shinkoiwa Station.
