We were really satisfied staying in this property. It is very clean and we had very comfortable stay. The unit is big and very homey. The beds are comfortable. The toilet and bath are clean and size is also good. There is laundry and also the bath has this drying fan/heater to dry the clothes which is awesome. It’s 8minute walk from the train station which is great. I will always stay here when i plan future trips to Tokyo. Communication to owner is very easy and action to our request was also quick.

Adresse difficile à trouver, quartier pavillonnaire donc pas grand chose à faire appart se balader.

The location is very good.it’s a quiet neighborhood very close to train station. The accommodation itself is very cozy and has everything you need, but the experience is unfortunately ruined by the constant threats one receives from the owner/manager.

I was never so tense to stay in a place like this before. From the moment we booked until the moment we left, all we received was pretty much threats.every message you received is five lines and all the five lines consist of things that you cannot do otherwise you get police or pay a high fee... if one jumps on the couch and breaks it, which is half broken anyway, in very loud by the way… There will be a high fee …if one does not clean the dishes there will be something to pay.if one talks loud there will be police coming. If one leaves a few minutes later there will be charges or police coming. Perhaps the owner or manager should occupy himself a little bit more with how to treat guests, because accommodation itself is actually nice and cozy.
