徒歩圏内には3つの駅があり、最寄駅が本当に近く感じた。コンビニやスーパーへも近く、買い物に便利だった。駅からの道の途中でスカイツリーが見えた。寝具類が清潔だった。食器が多くあった。使い切りのオイルなどがあり、調理をする場合には安心だと思った。洗剤類が揃っており、歯ブラシも用意されていた。チェックイン・アウト、その他不明な点を連絡したところ、返信が早く、対応が丁寧だった。
前の利用者由来なのか、焼き肉をしたような匂いが台所に残っていたのが不快だった。スポンジに使用感があり、不安だったので買い足した。窓の鍵が空いている箇所があった。外の音がよく聞こえる。テレビがないのが少し不便だった。ソファに対してテーブルが高すぎて使用しにくかった。洗った食器を拭きたい時等にキッチンペーパーがあると便利だと思う。筆記用具が見つけられなかった。玄関扉のすぐ横に洗濯用のシーツをまとめたと思われる袋が複数あり、不快に感じた。ゴミ捨ての表示が紛らわしかった。洋室の壁の絵が斜めになっていたのは、わざとなのだろうか。
