We were a family of 5 and the place was spacious and comfortable. Each of us had a bed of our own. We liked that it was just 5 min walk to Horikirishobouen station. Family Mart was just across the street and plenty of ramen places nearby. The place had thoughtful amenities. We would stay here again if given a chance.
The toilet in the ground floor did not have a bidet. While the place had a washing machine, we couldn't use it because you have to refrain from washing at night so as not to disturb the neighbors. But since we were out most of the day, we could only wash clothes during the night. A good thing there was a laundromat nearby. Having more hangers for clothes would be nice.

Finding a place that comfortably fits 6 members can be a challenge, but this property made it easy. It’s exceptionally spacious and comfy, providing the perfect backdrop for our group to spend quality time together. The bed is so comfy to sleep.
Kitchen towel is not enough. I suggest to put more kitchen towel to dry the dishes , sink and table.

Its big enough that, 7 of us fit comfortably. Infront is family mart, and a few feet away is 711. Not only that, we had a blast trying out the foods that are around the neighborhood.
Since we stayed for more than a week, the place got dusty,and the vacuum isn't great. The key lock tends to jam, we wasted a few good minutes in trying to open it.

It is a very ideal place for big families. We enjoyed our stay & the owner is very kind and nice. I would definitely recommend this place. Also the price is really affordable for a place in tokyo. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood as well. Quite far from the city but just a train ride away.
