料金が格安で清掃が行き届いており、2泊3日での宿泊はとても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
また、問い合わせ等にも親切に対応して頂き安心して利用させて頂きました。
古い建物のようなので気になる方も中にはいるかもしれませんが、私は全く気にならず、むしろおばあちゃんの家に泊まりに行ったような、懐かしい感じがありむしろ心地よく宿泊させて頂きました。
私としては良くなかった点はありません。

Was a great experience to stay in a real Japanese home rather than a small, generic hotel room. All rooms had heating/cooling. Kitchen consisted of gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle and fridge/freezer.

Very spacious and clean, especially for the price. Was only 2 of us but you could fit 8 or so people. Good kitchen facilities
As a tall person, the toilet was slightly cramped, but other than that nothing else.

戸建て貸しなので「他の宿泊客に気を使う」ということそのものが不要。
洗濯機や物干し台があるので、旅行中に使用した衣服を汚いまま保管する必要がない。
調理設備・食器が備え付けられており、付近にスーパーマーケットがあるので、旅先で自宅にいるのと同様に過ごせる。
付近に飲食店がほぼない。
