交通利便、寝具がいい、キーボックスを使ってるので、15時から最後までチェックインできます。細かいところ気にしないほうで、快適に過ごせました。

二人でリーズナブルに連泊できたこと。鍵はキーボックス管理で到着時間が遅くなったが助かった。 施設のことではないが、コイン駐車場ではなく近隣のアキッパ利用で料金を気にせず出入りできたこと。
住宅地内の普通の一軒家でわかりずらい。一組限定ならよかった。

バスルームは広くて使いやすいです。京浜東北線の上中里駅から7分で、交通は便利です。お部屋もほかに比べて広くて、安いです！
山手線はちょっと遠くて13分かかります。
