Comfortable apartment with cooking facilities, near the train station, and very helpful reception staff.

10mins walk to Station. Very quiet neighbourhood. Room top view is nice. Staff arranged transport to Narita Airport with fair price.

Just next to railway so it is noisy till the train ended the service around midnight. Detergent finished when we tried to wash our laundry 😞 at night

It's located in a quiet residential area which was a blessing to come back to after a busy day and night in the city. The check-in process was simple with someone there to greet us at 9pm. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Senjuohashi station. The quiet time 10pm-10am meant it was easy to get some rest.

Their booking system automatically assigned us a room change in a 4-day stay which we weren't notified of until only a couple of days before our arrival. This made things a little tricky, however, the process was hassle-free... we left our packed bags in the room and they were in our new room when we returned for the day. I'd suggest contacting ahead of time to make sure. One bed was very plush, the other was much firmer. The bathroom is especially low, it was difficult to wash your head without sitting in the bath. If you are 6' tall be warned

Location was okay, the walk was just more challenging in winter time. Checking in was a simple process, and I liked that the room had an electric lock. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were enough for all of us. The bathroom had good water heating, and the toilet seat also had warmth. There was good storage for most of our luggage and clothes, although it was a little tight for our bigger 20kg pieces.

Could still feel the cold seeping in through the windows, and the heaters only managed to heat up the rooms so the middle kitchen area and the bathroom remained cold. On our last day, the electricity went out at 3AM so we were freezing in the dark while attempting to pack and get some rest before our flight.
