Close to the kita senju station which was great for going to multiple places. Place was big enough for multiple luggages, had a washing machine, shower was pretty big. Efficient use of space for all the appliances. Place is also close to a 7/11.
The toilet room be warned is extremely small, for anyone that is larger, may struggle to fit inside the room to use the toilet

The location was very good. The metro and train station were almost next door. From Haneda Airport, you could take a bus (with space for luggage) directly to Kita-Senju Station. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. The washing machine was a plus. We were able to take clean clothes with us to the next destination. All the appliances were well explained in English. Very good beds.
There could have been two armchairs. Access to the balcony was difficult over the beds. The television could have had regular TV channels; now it only had Netflix and similar services.
