Location is very good, plenty of food nearby, and some big franchises like seria and nitori. if you stay here, dont miss eating at Saizeriya near the train station.

its fine, but you should know before renting: the place is a shoe box, there is no room to open 2 suitcases at the same time, the description says that sleeps 6 which i can see its possible, but i wouldnt dare. the washbasin is in the kitchen/livingroom, i dont know why the sink is literally 1 meter away. obviously, if you come for tourism, this should not matter. there is only 1 thing that is really bad and its the refrigerator, its basically decoration, it does not cool at all.

Clean, spacious for tokyo and good value for money - you get 2 bedroom and a living room for the price of central tokyo hotel. Only 5 min walk to the nearest train station Umejima which gives you access to the rest of tokyo. 40 mins by train to central tokyo. The area is quiet with supermarket 3 min walk away. Convenient location and neighbourhood.

Probably too quiet. For people who are not used to Japanese residential kind of quiet it feels like post apocalyptic quiet 😂 and the unit we had was on 2nd floor so we have to walk slowly not to make sounds on the floor that might bother the neighbour below.
