The hosts (I'm assuming they were!) were so lovely, they were there when we checked in. We requested for an early check-in as we had an early flight and wanted to store our luggage and freshen up, and they were very accommodating and allowed us to do so even though we informed them on the day of check-in. (with a fee which we were fine to pay, and also the previous guests checked out early)
The place was great! Me and my friend really liked staying around Kita-Senju, there's a quaint little wine bar right outside the Airbnb which we loved and there's konbinis around (Family Mart & Lawson) if you need a quick pick me up! The train station is also quite big. It has a pharmacy, konbinis and a couple of restaurants, plus there's also a mall + grocery around the corner of the train station with a string of bars where you'll see a lot of working adults go after work!
The area around the Airbnb is quiet, and the space was just nice for the two of us. We're about 30-40 minutes away from Shinjuku/Shibuya area but it's one train line away for the most part so we didn't mind it at all.
The sides of the bed were kind of dusty.
