Very good location in my opinion. Walking distance to Skytree, station with good connections not far. Quiet area, even though the apartment backs onto a school, you don't hear too much noise. Really appreciated the good quality amenities in the bathroom. Lots of storage space.
As another reviewer said, the stairs are very narrow and steep so a bit tricky to get luggage down.
