北千住駅に近く、かつ、安いので、夜北千住で楽しく飲めました。 近くのお店も豊富でいい夜が過ごせました。 備え付けの食器類も豊富で、買った惣菜とかも部屋でいただきました。
滞在スペースがほぼベットなので少し狭い点、トイレがウォシュレットではない点ですが、安いので構いません。
