La chambre familiale n'est pas adaptée pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 adolescents. Les lits canapés sont moins confortables que le lit double et une fois que les lits sont déployés il n'y a plus de place pour ranger les valises. Il aurait été préférable que lors de la reservation cela soit mentionné et de proposer des chambres quatruples

Un sitio perfecto en nuestro barrio favorito de Tokyo. Tranquilo, con mucho encanto. La cama, y la ducha estupendas.

This hotel was good value for the money overall. It was decently near public transportation (15 minutes walk to a metro, 5 minutes walk to a bus stop) and comfortable. The bathroom and shower room were great (except that there was no trash can in them), and it was nice to have a kitchen.

We stayed at multiple hotels during this trip (most of them with virtual check-in), and this was the only hotel where we never once saw a person working there. There was only one small trash can in the room, but since no one came in to take care of the trash during our 5-night stay, we quickly ran out of room in the trash can and needed to use plastic bags we had. We even placed the full trash bag in the hall, hoping they could at least collect it, and it was never touched. There were not enough cooking items in the kitchen to actually use the kitchen, which was frustrating (we would've at least appreciated a pot to boil water in). Our main issue with this hotel was just the lack of communication. We had no idea how to get more towels or if someone was going to stop in to the clean the room at all. There was a small binder of some information in the room, but it did not answer these questions. The location also wasn't great for restaurants or convenience stores. The closest 7/11, Lawson, or Family Mart was a 10-minute walk away (as opposed to down the street like at all the other hotels we stayed in), and there were no restaurants close by. In fact, of the two restaurants we tried to go to on our first night, one told us it was reservations only (we could see the dining room was empty) and the other was closed. We're not very picky about hotels in general, but this was definitely our least favorite hotel of our trip.
