Beds were comfortable, including pillows. It was a secure property as well and there was a Family Mart close by as well as some decent restaurants. It was great to have one room with a double bed and single and in lounge room a single sofa to sleep on and another double bed. Air conditioner/ heating worked well. Had a washing machine and we found a laundry mat close by to dry the clothes.
It was definately a small space. The shower was very basic and in the loungeroom/kitchen technically. It was definitely smaller than we had the got the impression of from photos. No instructions on how to use the hot water machine or washing machine. The floor/lino could be replaced, it was very old. The location was pretty good but still a good walk to the closest station Iriya. Quite steep stairs going up to apartment so if you have bad knees...
