The staff constantly communicated to ensure I was always in the know. They even offered support after I left the apartment. They were friendly and helpful. Great service. The apartment itself is in a really chill spot with lots of this to do nearby. It’s really close to Iriya Station and about 12 mins walk to Ueno station. It might be a little small for some but it isn’t overbearingly small.
There was a minor mishap with fees but it was quickly resolved by the staff. Again, a testament to their hardwork.
