Excelente ubicación, tienda de conveniencia cerca, dos restaurantes delicioso, uno de pasta y otro de comida local, muy tradicionales ambos, solo vez gente local comiendo allí, el lugar estaba organizando y limpio pero el apartamento que nos tocó el 202 es un poco estrecho para 4 personas, para dos personas es perfecto, la cocina tiene lo necesario.

Japanese style, comfortable beds. All needed stuff was there. Even umbrellas for rainy weather.

It was a bit chilly when the weather was colder. Streetnoise was a bit disurbing in the mornings.

The property itself is very clean, and we also experienced living like a person in Tokyo. The room was not large, there is barely any space to dine when a person is still sleeping on the floor. But once you’ve folded the sofa bed and stacked the sleeping mat, you could place a small table and sit on the floor. Despite of the limited space, there is space to store things under the bed and also in the relatively large wardrobe. Washer is located at the balcony (which you have to climb over the bed), there was also space to dry your clothes at the balcony. The property itself was quite far away from Asakusa station (20 minutes), Kaminarimon Gate and Senso-ji was also 15 minutes away. Nevertheless, the surrounding neighbourhood was also quiet so that would be perfect if you need a good quiet

Bathroom is miniature and freezing cold in the winter. I also find there is limited storage space, and the bathroom itself was quite dark. The shower curtain is black in colour, which technically blocked out the main lighting when showering. For the first night we tried adjusting the temperature in the room, but the air from the AC was cold even we cracked on the highest temperature. However, everything was warmer after letting the steam out from the bathroom.

Generally good location: About an 8 minute walk from Asakusa (TX) station, which can get you to many places. Like many places in Tokyo, there are many convenience stores in its vicinity. Though if you're coming from Haneda Airport, depending on your route, you may need a 16 minute walk from Iriya station, so do keep that in mind. The bed was quite comfortable.

We got the one-bed room, which was a bit too cramped for 3 adults, each with their own medium-sized luggage. We generally had no space to move around when we had to pack/unpack our luggages. (There were futons as well, so sleeping space wasn't an issue) The bathroom was quite small and cramped, though it did its job. Not a negative point, but do keep in mind that you have to climb a staircase to get up to the room. There was a washing machine, but it was in the outdoor balcony. Given that it rained a fair amount during our stay, it was a bit hard to use. All that said, if you just need a cheap place to stay (especially since nanny Tokyo accommodations are quite expensive), and you don't need an extravagant room, I think it can be quite comfortable for a group of 1 or 2 adults.
