Luup access downstairs, washing machine + detergent soap, spacious room, safe surroundings even at night

It was a challenge to get inside the property the first time because of unclear instructions, microwave was not working, there isn't a bathroom mat from the shower, the kitchen items are kept under the sink with the cleaning agents which I find unsanitary esp that they're not kept in boxes or at least covered by a clean cloth. The trash is not segregated and the refrigerator is not that clean (I had to clean the door and handle myself). It would also be great to have a full length mirror and TV installed.

整體環境舒服，有回到家的感覺 離淺草寺、南千住車站走路大約15分鐘 巷口就有羅森便利商店，超方便 讓這次旅途非常開心！

Me gusto la tranquilidad, la lavadora era muy buena. El sitio estaba muy cerca de los fuegos artificiales de ueno - río sumida del festival. Cerca de dos tiendas de conveniencia

No tenía ollas, solamente una sarten así que cocinar fue difícil. No tenia tazas de café, solo vasos y platos pequeños.

Appartamento cozy e molto carino, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Contesto tranquillo e residenziale. Host veloce nelle risposte. Ottima la lavatrice in bagno che ci ha permesso in tranquillità di lavare i vestiti. A 5 minuti dalla fermata del bus, 15 alla metro. Ottimo il balconcino per stendere il bucato. Bagno grande e comodo, sala doccia fantastica! Nel complesso qualità/prezzo ottimo, consigliato!

Siamo stati bene nel complesso, ma vorremmo lasciare qualche miglioramento che si può fare. Per un soggiorno di 11 notti avremmo preferito avere un cambio asciugamani e lenzuola, e soprattutto asciugamani in più piuttosto che appena due teli doccia (almeno anche due asciugamani viso), con la lavatrice siamo riusciti a lavare le asciugamani ma di certo non siamo riusciti a lavare le lenzuola del letto visto che eravamo in giro tutto il giorno. L'appartamento dovrebbe avere più appoggi dove poter mettere le cose quotidiane, sia in cucina che nel soggiorno, manca qualche scaffale (dovevamo appoggiare le cose sul tavolo e toglierle ogni volta per poterlo utilizzare, poco pratico. Avere qualche filo fuori al balconcino per stendere i vestiti sarebbe stato utile. In cucina qualche pentola e stoviglie in più per essere più comodi nella preparazione dei pasti.
