駅近で千住大橋駅から徒歩3分の立地が良かったです。小学生の子供を連れて家族3人で1週間利用しましたが広さもビジネスホテルより広くて使いやすかったです。スタッフの方と直接お会いする事はありませんが 宿泊前の質問などメールでの問いかけにスムーズに返信してくれました。
バスルームの清掃がイマイチでした。前宿泊者の毛など残っていました、ピンクのカビが結構広範囲に有り気になりました。
