Location is only a 3-minute walk from Shim-Mikawashima Station (Keisei Line) and 1 station away from Nippori which connects us to Narita International Airport through Keisei Skyliner. Host is very responsive. Check-in was very easy. We appreciate that the host allowed us to leave our luggage a few hours before our supposed check-in time.

We've already been told that the apartment is located at the 4th floor and there's no elevator. However, for the amount we've paid and with the location itself, we're willing to compromise.

The size of the room is good for the money. The host is very responsive and friendly.

The stairs are a bit narrow to get the luggage up to the 4th floor.

What I liked about this place was its affordable price, simple self check-in process, and convenient location with several train stations nearby. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. However, the nearest station is Shimmikawashima Station on the Keisei Line, not the Yamanote Line as stated in the listing. You need to transfer at Nippori or Keisei Ueno to reach the JR Yamanote Line. The nearest JR stations are Nishi Nippori (about 12 minutes on foot) and Mikawashima on the JR Joban Line (about 5 minutes). I’ve already suggested that the host update this information.

What I didn’t like was that the building is a bit old and has no elevator, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage.
