Very helpful host. Conveniently very close to the train and stores. Spacious for a Tōkyō appartment.
A bit noisy being close to the street. The beds are just a bit too much on the firmer side for me.

The location was very good, near to the station. The facilities and amenities were enough for a midlength stay in Tokyo.
The traffic noise was quite loud and starting early in the morning. If you are not a morning person, it can be a problem.

Apartment was tiny but comfortable, yet still huge when compared to any budget hotels in Tokyo. We had everything we needed, a balcony with a view and since Yanaka is one of the best parts in Tokyo, we really enjoyed our stay.
The bathroom was a bit moldy, so I would spray some chlorine there. :))

ロケーションは都内へのアクセス便利で駅からも遠すぎず良かったです。
カスタマーサービスはとても丁寧で返信も迅速で良かったです
使っている掃除サービスが良くないのか行き届いてない部分が多くありました
特にバスルームが清潔でなかったので残念です
(色々な場所にカビが生えていてニオイもありました)
あとベッドマットレスが大きく凹んでおり
寝ると腰が痛くなるほど劣化していました
設備にソファベッドとありましたがリビングはソファベッドではなく普通の一人用カウチだけでした
