The greatest apartment to have for traveling to Tokyo as a small group. In the warm times of the dreadful Japan summer heat, the AC unit single-handedly saved our vacation. We are forever indebted to said AC unit (and bidet).
The first day the bidet was "interesting," but we got used to it. The stairs were also annoying after 30k steps in Tokyo, which is expected though.

Just like the pictures. Everything we needed was there and the check-in/out process was simple.
The beds were good but bunk beds would probably fit the room better and allow for a bigger table or at least a floor seating area.

The building was dirty as well as some areas in the room.
