Brilliant MK- III

It's near to train station so easy to commute. The nearest station also is a main line (JR Yamanote) which very accessible to main tourist attractions. The property bit cramp for 3 of us but it's okay as there are wardrobe to store our belongings also requires us to keep them sort out so the stays would not messy. Washing machine and microwave provided are really useful during our trip!

Check-in process was very easy. Greatly appreciate the messages we received from the property. Like little reminders about our trip to Japan - on how to prepare, not just solely related about the property. Even if there is no actual staff in the vicinity, the website was very user-friendly and we were able to check-in and check-out properly. Also a very great location, very close to Sagumo station, just 3-5 mins. walk so we can go to any place we like in Tokyo. The room is spacious enough for two of us.

My experience with this property was disappointing due to the way it handled guests' personal data. The property required a copy of my passport before check-in. What concerned me most was discovering that, by sharing the reservation link or details with another guest on the same booking, that person could access the passport copies and personal information of the other guests. In my opinion, this is a serious privacy and data protection issue. I was also concerned by the property privacy policy, which appeared to give the property permission to use guests' personal data for an excessively broad range of purposes. I found the scope of data processing to be far wider than I would reasonably expect when making a reservation. I understand that property may be required to verify guests' identities where legally necessary. However, I expect personal data to be handled securely, used only for clearly defined and necessary purposes, and for each guest to have access only to their own information. I hope the property reviews its system and improves the way it protects its guests' personal data.
