・連携、対応がスムーズ ・家電、施設内が清潔 ・洗濯機設置ありで、洗濯可能 ・お手洗いが二カ所
・初日にお湯が出ないというトラブルがあったが、 近くの温泉を紹介してくださったり、業者対応もスムーズにしてくださり、 不測の事態にも迅速に対応してくださった。 ・思ったよりは敷地面積が狭く人数分の布団を敷くスペース確保に苦労したが、結果的に 良く配置して休むことができた。

場所がわかりにくい。 階段が急なので年配の方には不向きです。 チェックインができなかった。

清潔さは感じられた。
洗濯物干す所ない。ハンガーもない。アイロンもない。靴べらもない。掃除機は鍵かかって使えない。等々、不便を感じることが多い。
