大宮溫馨小屋

是一个非常温馨，而且离车站很近的小屋，很适合短期和长期居住，室内基本具备了各种生活用品，房东也能及时回答各种询问，周边购物也非常方便，房间也非常整洁，给我留下非常好的印象，下次还会再来

Very cute overall. Nice, quiet neighbourhood and really close to a 24/7 coin laundry, not far from a 7-11. Comfortable for 1 person. Definitely a bit old but has great character and an overall cozy feel! Definitely a very memorable place.

There definitely needs to be some cleaning. It's nothing severe or immediately noticeable, but there is some mould (such as on the shower curtain, refrigerator and air conditioning unit). Floors were not completely clean. The futon was very comfortable, but overall the bedding was definitely well-used and might need replacing. I don't recommend it if you have trouble climbing ladders, as you have to to enter the loft area to sleep. Facilities are completely fine and functional but very outdated.
